Right of withdrawal
for consumers under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG)
This notice applies solely to consumers within the meaning of § 1 para. 1 no. 2 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act, that is, to natural persons entering into the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade or profession. Businesses have no right of withdrawal under the FAGG.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or by letter. You may use the model withdrawal form attached below, though you are not obliged to.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction for this reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Early start of performance and compensation for value
If you have requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed up to the point at which you notified us of your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires early if all of the following conditions are met:
- you expressly requested that we begin performance before the withdrawal period had expired,
- you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract, and
- we have begun performance and have performed in full.
This follows from § 18 para. 1 no. 1 FAGG for services and from § 18 para. 1 no. 11 FAGG for digital services not supplied on a tangible medium.
With this service, access is enabled immediately after the contract is concluded, and the contractually owed performance is thereby supplied at once. You give the consent required for this expressly during the ordering process by ticking the box provided there. Without that consent, access is enabled only after the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired.
Declaration in the ordering process
The following declaration of express consent is used in the ordering process:

This notice, which explains the early start of performance and the proportionate compensation in full, is linked next to the tick box.
This declaration is logged together with the date and time and is provided to the consumer in text form with the confirmation of the contract.
